you probably have the wrong oil or the wrong amount of oil... With most forks the rebound wont work if you don't have both of these right.

they're travis ti's, pretty shitty fork but i love it! people trash talk them all the time, but I haven't ridden anything that felt any better, and these were only like 700 bucks. the only problem is that they're pretty heavy, like 7 pounds...
